MINO S.p.A. promotes a culture of transparency, integrity, and accountability in every aspect of its business. To support these values, the company has established a Whistleblowing Channel that allows employees, business partners, and third parties to report — in good faith and without fear of retaliation — any suspected violations of laws, regulations, the Code of Ethics, or the Organizational, Management and Control Model (Legislative Decree 231/2001).

The reporting system ensures the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity, the protection of all parties involved, and the proper handling of reports through clear and structured procedures. Reports are assessed promptly and fairly by authorized personnel or designated bodies, in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
