Finding unparalleled Solution Is Our Ultimate Goal
For over a century, successive generations of Designers, Engineers, and Technicians have built an outstanding know-how in designing, manufacturing and commissioning state-of-the-art Rolling Mills.
Established in 1840 by the visionary engineer Giovanni Battista Mino, the new company rapidly grew in the business of metal deformation machinery, early years focused on machines to roll silver and precious metal.
Since that beginning and after surviving through the difficult times of the 30’s and 40’s, MINO flourished in the post war recovery decade.
As the world left behind post war austerity and the 50’s became the swinging 60’s, MINO had evolved into a respected and talented engineering equipment company.
During this time it pioneered reel to reel rolling mills and branched into Aluminium, Steel and Copper sectors for Italian clients.
MINO has always been associated to metal working machines and excelled in the design and building of Rolling Mills.
Fast forward to the 21st century and MINO is now a globally respected brand, still manufacturer of Rolling Mills and Strip Process Equipment.
Today MINO maintain an enduring reputation for innovation, engineering excellence and a unparalleled know-how in the production of state-of-the-art Rolling Mills.
With clients operating MINO Mills in every corner of the globe, it remains a leader in the metals processing sectors of industry.
After 180 years, the MINO Group still retains its headquarters for design and manufacturing in Alessandria, Italy, but operates on three continents with business units in the UK, China and USA.
MINO can boast of a portfolio of over 350 key global references.
MINO offers an all-encompassing suite of design, manufacturing and services in Rolling Technology, covering the three majorn metal sectors: Aluminum, Steel and Copper.
In an ‘all-under-one-roof’ business model, MINO can provide complete Rolling Plants, Rolling Mills, Strip Processing Lines including its own process automation and electrical systems.
MINO Group meets the highest market standards of quality and is able to provide a broad spectrum of project solutions, from the simple revamp to state-of-the-art Rolling Mills.
