MINO has been selected by Tezcan Galvanizli Yapi Elemanlari San. ve Tic. A.S. as supplier of the new Six-high Reversing Mill to be installed in its Kocaeli plant.
Established in 1983, Tezcan is today one of the leading companies in the flat steel products sector in Turkey. It is the only integrated private owned flat product plant, which includes cold rolling, galvanizing and painting lines within the same facility.
MINO is not new in Tezcan, having supplied back in 2004 the Cold Reversing Mill N. 1 and, one year later, the Cold Reversing Mill N. 2.
MINO is particularly proud of this further recognition by Tezcan that comes after ten years of extensive use of MINO Reversing Mills by Tezcan’s production team.
The new MINO Reversing Mill is part of the expansion project presently under execution by Tezcan, in its Kocaeli plant.
The new MINO Reversing Mill is of Six-high and high speed (1400 m/min) design and includes most advanced AGC/AFC controls and powerful AC medium voltage main drives.
