In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, the company has adopted an Organizational, Management and Control Model designed to prevent unlawful conduct, promote responsible behavior, and ensure fair and sound corporate governance.
The Model defines the structure, responsibilities, and control procedures aimed at identifying and managing potential risks related to company activities. It reflects MINO’s dedication to integrity, accountability, and the protection of all stakeholders — including employees, customers, suppliers, and the community.
To support these objectives, MINO integrates the Model 231 with its Code of Ethics and internal control systems, ensuring continuous monitoring, regular updates, staff awareness, and compliance with current regulations.
